Reform 2027 – Flexible Childcare Hours From 2027, families will benefit from a new flexible childcare system: parents can individually determine their child's monthly childcare hours according to their personal needs. Fixed contracts with predefined hour packages will no longer apply.

The childcare price in 2027 will be €7 per hour. Part of the cost will continue to be covered by the Chèque Service. This gives you maximum flexibility and ensures you only pay for the time you actually need.
